Soccer is a universal game that anyone of any sex and age can play. It’s a great way to get fit and have fun at the same time! The best drills are short and intense. Here you’ll find three drills for 3v3 soccer games, perfect for small groups or teams.
3v3 soccer drills #1
The first drill is about allowing players to dribble the ball past players on the opposing team. There are two defenders in front of the goal, one defender on either side of them. The two center players have to dribble the ball past both players and score.
3v3 soccer drills #2
The second drill is about passing the ball in-between the cones and scoring goals. The player with the ball has to punch it through a set of cones. The other 3 players on his team have to position themselves behind those cones and wait for his pass. They can use their hands or touch them with any part of their body (except their feet). Then they have to turn around, face the goal, and score.
3v3 soccer drills #3
The third drill is about passing the ball around and working on passing techniques. The player with the ball has to pass it to one of his teammates. He then has to pass it back, again, to another teammate. The other two players have to work together and try to stop that second pass from going through.
This exercise is a great way for teams or small groups of friends to get a little intense in three minutes!
The most important thing about these drills is the time frame. This is a fun drill, but it needs to be short and intense. Otherwise, the players will get bored or tired.
